took my 2009 ford flex to dealer south bay ford with trans problem and air con,tues,oct 22,2013 they called portfolio with the problem over a week ago they said its under review cause of the price $4,500 these people give you the f***ing run around will take your $$$ but will hesitae to repay u when your car is damage ......buyers beware this company is a total ripofffffff
