Posh Galleria, Laguna Beach, CA. Posh Galleria Charged $1,199.88 on My Amex and never returned the funds after order was cancelled Laguna Beach California
I purchased a piece of art on May 24, 2015. It was to be delivered on May 28,2015. I did a little research when I got home about the print and realized that it belonged to an artist that had his own site up. I thought it a bit strange that this place is using the exact same picture, as the owner said they were his pictures. Yes, the picture wasn't exactly the same as the one being sold by Posh Galleria was cropped.
I thought it best to cancel to order until I could figure out what was going on. I called the owner and explained to him the issue and he accepted the return and stated that he will credit the card for the $1,199.88 and that I could keep the few small tles he gave to my son for free.
Well, he never put the credit through and now I'm having to dispute it with American Express. I think dishonest business owners should be exposed and not allowed to operate in California or anywhere in the United States for that matter.
I will update this post when a resolution has been met.
