I have been purchasing custom made cell phone cases from Torri for many years now, and spending thousands of dollars and also referencing to friends, family, and whoever is curious in where I have purchased the cell phone case. Not only does it take up to a month and a half time period to get your case, which I came a custom to doing, and accepted because I loved her work, but the jewels do eventually come off, so come a custom to gluing them back on… And even with all that I still purchased from her site. Until last week I had purchased a new phone and was wanting a new phone case, to be made, so I purchased one, and the very next day I requested a refund, due to the fact I already had two that I thought I lost. So thinking I would be one of her valued customers spending thousands and referring her left and right to people this would be no problem but NOPE…..,,, lol, no such luck here’s the email between Torri Torres and myself:

Unfortunately I already ordered the pieces to design your case. I try to do it the same day the order is placed so that I can get them processed as quickly as possible. If I did anything it would have to be a partial refund, to cover the cost of the case, charms, and stones I already ordered for your design…

Wow, really??? well thats too bad, and I'm quite sure you can use the jewels on somebody else's phone, I'm sure I'm not putting you out that much, considering how many countless phone cases I have bout through your site, I would like whatever refund you can give me please, and I will no longer reference people to your site and or purchase :), since a refund is asking so much, thank you for your time.......
So please PLEASE, if you are thinking of purchasing through POSHLIFEBLING.com, it dosent matter how long you have been purchasing , how much you spend, or how many people you reference, you are never guaranteed customer service satisfacation, I will also be posting this on my facebook..... Thank you for reading....
P.S I'll let you all know if I receive a refund, or anything at all.... lol
