Complaint Review: poshmark

poshmark Deleted my closet for NO reason. I lost all my listings and cannot comment, buy, or upload new listings. Menlo Park California

Poshmark abruptly deleted all 50-60 listings in my closet, many of which were sold items that help others to see that I am truely a credible seller. I have been using the app for two years or so and have had success in selling many items. All of a sudden, I cannot comment on other peoples items, a message comes up telling me that I have been blocked from the user's closet for EVERY user. I cannot buy other people's items & others cannot buy my items because they have all been deleted and I cannot list new items! I tried making another account, but the other account is unable to buy, list items, comment on others closets. POSHMARK HAS BLOCKED MY MOBILE DEVICE ALTOGETHER. I cannot use the app at all! I just want access to the app again.

The same happened to me! I have made 15 recent sales with all happy customers and positive feedback/ratings. I have never had an issue with another posher and last night I tried to create a new listing but was unable. I tried to buy an item today and was told I was "unable to buy" my listings are still there for now. I'm able to comment and share, it's so weird! I didn't do anything but it seems they have put a restriction on my account. I keep checking too see if my listings will disappear as I have heard of this happening to others. It's just so weird since others have had fights with people or some kind of issue to cause this - mine is literally for no reason! I follow all poshmark rules - I simply do not understand this! I have reached out to support several times without a response. Did your account ever get reinstated or did you receive a reason from posh support? I have so many items I was planning on listing this weekend and just made a ton of sales so I am bummed!!! I don't know how they expect to keep the app running if they remove people for no reason! And there is VERY little customer service!
