I never received an order, though the tracking does show that it was delivered. I have called USPS and they will do an investigation on their part to see who had delivered that day.

The seller has been of no help and keeps insisting I'm a scammer. I have had several successful orders through poshmark and it is a bit harsh to be constantly called a scammer.

Seller also claims that my mailbox has a lock on it, which makes no sense at all. She claimes that she have looked up on my address and keep saying that my mailbox have a lock on it. I am living in a single family home and there is no mailbox lock in my neighborhood and I have proof. 

She said she have called the local usps in my area and they have said the mail have been delivered in a lock mailbox but the number that she have giving me does not show up on the website. The number that I have call to file a claim of a missing package was on the actual usps website. Today, I will be calling the local post office number that she have provided me with. 

 

Poshmark have sent me an email telling me to click on "accept button" so that the seller can get her money. I sent poshmark a letter saying that I cannot click on the "accept button" when I didnt received my package but they continue to go ahead and  funded the seller the money after I have CLEARLY email them about my situation with the seller. I decided to call my bank and file a claim on poshmark.

 

 

 

After poshmark funded her the money, the seller have defamed me accusing me of being a scammer.  I am upset with poshmark and the seller. After writing an email to poshmark they havent solve my problem, yet they funded her the money already and the seller is shoving it in my face when I am the victim here. I dont understand why poshmark cant go through my order history and checked for themselves that no other sellers have ever complained about me 

except for her. 

 

 

Never again will I ever buy/sell anything from poshmark and from that seller

Seller poshmark.com/listing/HOLDNWT-Minimale-Animale-Calamity-Jane-Bikini-5361b5c503bb820586013b16 have claimes that she have spoke to the usps person but have also said that she have looked up on my address and confirmed that in my mailbox have a lock on it. But when i spoke to the local usps number that she have provided me with they claim that the seller have never called them and they know that where i lived is in a private residental area. Basically, the seller have made a false statement and keeps slandering me acusing me of me being a scammer. The local usps he was rude to me and very unprofessional when i ask him to check and see if my package was insured. He said I will have to ask the seller and that he is not responisble for the missing package that have delivered. I asked him if he can check up with the person who have made delivery on that day. He said will. But he never ask for my number and just hang up on me. I have also wrote to poshmark about the seller but they havent responded back to me. Poshmark claimed that their website will protect buyer and seller but they didn't protect me at all.
