Poshmark Poshmark I was sent a synthetic turquoise. I sent it back to seller right away. Tried to get a hold of customer service & they lied, & lied. There is NO PHONE # to talk to a person. Finally after a month, I had to file a formal complaint w my bank. ** Beware of this company, they're crooks **! Internet
Seller was polite & I sent the ring back same day. Got my tracking number, Priority mail, correct address. I saw that she received the item. Customer service could only be contacted via email s, many emails. They r extremely unprofessional & liars. I waited over a month, & nothing ! They do not provide a phone# at all, unreal ! I called my personal banker & Filed a formal Complaint. Finally, they realized I was not going to let them ripp me off. Beware of Poshmark !
