I purchased the bracelet and it was advertised as 5 carats, vs clarity and color grade g.  I received it on Thursday June 25.  Per Poshmark you have three days to accept the item based on its description.  I denied it.  I knew right away it was not 5 carats or the quality they advertised.  Poshmark came back to me and said they were rejecting my refusal because it matched the description.  I told them I was getting an independent appraisal ant they said to send it in.

I went to Applebom in San Mateo and paid for an appraisal.  The appraisal came back at 2.97 carats s12 clarity and H color.  They also noted that it had been used and had a crack in the gold clasp.  The gold had been overlayed with Rhodium. You could tell under scope.  I am EXTREMELY disappointed.  It was advertised as an appraised value as much higher and it is low quality.  I immediately reached out to Poshmark and also tried to reach out to the individual vendor on Poshmark.  You can not advertise something that is completely different.

IT IS false advertising and deceptive practices.  Poshmark said they authenticate it prior to being sent.  This is not true because if they had authenticated it would have never passed.  After receiving my appraisal it was determined it wasn't as described.  I received refund for payment but I want the $150 back for the appraisal.  Had they initially authenticated as they say on their website I would have never had to get an outside Appraisal.
