After getting burned by Collective POS the first time, I signed up for Positive POS. CEO Anthony Staphenhurst signed me up and even found a way to use my old Collective POS Omni 3300 terminal by finding me a compatible keypad on eBay and directing me to buy it. After his asociate Jared Lang can by to meet me in person, taking my keypad and terminal to get reprogrammed and collecting the $250.00 fee to get hooked up to their network and even buying thermal paper rolls for me, everything was working fine for about two years.

Then when my payments no longer went through and serveral calls to tech support (which promised a reply within 24 hours) went unanswered, I had to resort to looking up Anthony's home phone number and calling him around Thanksgiving to ask him what was going on. He told me that Jared no longer worked with him (no surprise) and that after reviewing my transactions, I was felt that he didn't make any money with me and decided to just cut me off just like that (no warning, no explanation).When I complained anout the $250.00 I payed, he boasted that his aatorney wife makes that much in an hour (good for him, but how does that address the money I got screwed out of?).

I filed a negative review and I never heard from him for 8 years. Now, today out of the blue he calls me and tells me that he wants me to change or remove the review unless I want to have him sic his attorney wife on me and sue me for libel. Sorry, Charlie ( I mean Tony) defamation only applies to untrue statements while everything I said about you is the absolute truth and I'll gladly sign an affidavit to that effect. You say you've got proof that I bounced payments and that I'm guilty of fraud? Hmmm, why didn't you bring that up before? Go ahead, sic your b**ch on me and see if I care; when I countersue (and get other disgrunted ex-customers to do likewise), she'll be turning tricks on the corner to pay for her legal expenses.
