Positive Voyage Began charging me monthly fees for a "membership" which I didn't join, then completely ignored both of emails cancelling my subscription and charged me once again, Nationwide

I bought what they advertised asa "free" bracelet, just having to pay shipping and handling there was nothing about joining any membership. All of a sudden a couple weeks after I reeived my bracelet I got $19.99 for a memebership fee. I wrote to them and explained that I had not joined any membership and that I am disabled and living on a fixed income and cannot afford the extra expense. They never answered my email and the next they again charged my account another $19.99. I wrote them and explained the same thing.This time a bit more emphatically. I told them I had opened a dispute against them with my bank and that if I didn't hear from and receive my refund I would begin putting in complaints against them wherever I could because I had already seen the complaints against them here.Again, there has been no response and no refund issued.This company and their offers of "free" jewelery is a total rip off and a trap.
