Positive Voyage Ripped me off on bracelets-charged me for product I did not receive Internet

I stupidly ordered 2 bracelets from an advertisement I saw through Facebook in early November and here it is Christmas Day and I still have not seen the product but I have already been charged for them, additionally I was only supposed to be charged a $1 for the bracelet and the other was free.  When I contacted the company a couple weeks ago they said it was being processed but were experiencing delays and I told them I DID NOT want to be charged for any monthly fees of anything because I had seen that there was a clause that popped up quickly during the ordering process that stated something about being enrolled in a monthly subscription.  At this point I just want my money back and I hate to say it, but I definetely learned my lesson from ordering off websites through Facebook!!
