Hi,
I work for a credit card bank in the USA. I know something about disputing charges on credit card accts.

If someone charged their photopoint membership fee to a Visa or Mastercard credit card, and it is under 60 days from the date of the transaction, there is a possibility to get it credited to your acct.

I suggest that you contact your credit card company in writing and dispute the charge, and request a 'chargeback', for "non receipt of services/merchandise". Provide copies of supporting documentation if you have it (copies of your statement, copies of photopoint documents, etc).

IF it is over 60 but under 90 days, you can possibly request a "Claim or Defense" chargeback, and the credit card company will credit you and attempt to dispute it with the bank that Photopoints merchant credit card acct is with, but there is no guarantee for that method.

good luck,
Mike
