Post Media / Paul TremblayPost Media, Registry Patrol, Paul Tremblay Fraudulent, hiding in cyberspace, knowingly stealing, cowardly New York New York
I downloaded XP Medic, ran the scan, and then paid for the unlock key. The application is unstable and the field for the unlock key will not accept input of any kind. I wrote Paul Tremblay seeking a refund and received the canned response:
This email is to confirm we have received your request for support regarding your software purchase. Our support team will respond to your request as quickly as possible, usually within 12 to 24 hours depending on support volumes. Rest assured your business is important to us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Sincerely, Paul Tremblay, Support Manager
I was not contacted. I have written them many times to complain about their inoperable product but all I get is the canned response. Stay away from these thieves. It's beyond me how they are comfortable keeping my money when their product doesnt work. If I were them, I'd be uncomfortable and embarrassed, and therefore eager to make it right with the customer. I'll never buy software online again.
