Complaint Review: Post Properties Dallas

Let me be brief. Simply avoid Post Properties at all costs. My experience was a nightmare and the episodes are too numerous to list but notably, they don't ever want to see tenants not renew leases so if you do they will make up some BS (you didn't notify us within the required time, you didn't schedule a move-out inspection, etc.) to charge you huge fees, knowing that your credit will be screwed if you don't pay it. They charged me over $2000 and made up all kinds of lies. It is clear that the management of each facility is paid some bonus based on revenues. I stayed at Post Worthington. STAY AWAY. THe manager is a real b***h and MAJOR 2-FACED LIAR.

I never paid these fees. In fact, I called and compalined to the headquarters in Atlanta many times. Apparently the lady in the billing knew that the company engages in these tactics. As a result, she lowered the fees substantially but I was still unwilling to pay since I owed nothing. I never paid..........they can F*** Off.. This is what happens when you mix real estate morons with publicly traded companies--they will screw you at any chance to meet an earnings statement.

I will be contacting the state and Federal Attorney Generals, as you all should when you get screwed.
