Nature of complaint: Contract Issues

Problem description:
I am currently enrolled as a graduate student at Post University. On September 6, 2016, I received my grade from the Human Development through the Lifecycle from Dr.SaraLopez. The course requirements specifically state that discussion board grading is graded according to the Discussion Board Grading Rubric. However, Dr. Lopez took it upon herself to deviate from the Rubric and grade how she saw fit. I inquired via email and the discussion board question thread about how the grading is decided. Dr.Lopez confirmed that the Rubric is the means of grading. On the comment section of the grade, Dr.Lopez stated hat my grade was lowered due to two posts not containing scholarly sources. This is in fact, a lie. When pushed further for an explanation Dr.Lopez chose to ignore it (not once but several times). She still has not addressed the question or corrected the grade. I also made note of the fact that the Post U bookstore opened for Module 1 on August 8 which is when books for the class should have been uploaded. However, Dr.Lopez decided to load the required books on August 30. Classes began on August 29. Dr.Lopez has no regard for her class or students. Many students are still waiting for the reading materials to be shipped. I also asked for the supervisor of Dr.KateyBaruth who is Dr.Lopez's immediate supervisor whom I have dealings with in the past. The deviation of the grading rubrics is common place with PostUniversity staff. Dr.Lopez sent my email traffic to the Dean of the university Dr.RichardStrompf. PostUniversity NEVER admits to any wrongdoing. Instead, they hide and ignore their wrongdoing and cover for the misconduct of their staff. Since my first enrollment in June 2012 at PostUniversity, I have had recurring issues with the staff. At no time have corrections been made to this for profit institution that loves to collect my GIBill money. Whenever I have complained up the chain to ANY department or supervisor, my complaints are left on deaf ears. Dr.Baruth was a problem when I was taking the Human Development course. In fact, Dr.Baruth was very condescending at times. I am still waiting to receive a corrected grade for Unit 1 of this course with Dr.Lopez and a response from Dr.RichardStrompf. PostUniversity states they have an open door policy and measures to correct student complaints. However, for as long as I have been a student at no time have my concerns EVER been taken seriously or addressed accurately.

Desired Outcome 
Post University staff/instructors need to follow their own guidelines. The university displays much hypocrisy and misconduct when they expect a certain standard for students, but disregard their own. My grade should be corrected and the grading should reflect accurately the work I do. I do intend to further my complaints to the education boards and an IG complaint is in order as well. I do also intend to complain to any other entity I think should be aware of Post University's lack of ethics and integrity. As a student at Post, I expect to be respected if Post U staff expects to be respected.  If I am disenrolled for ANY reason my full monies need to be refunded to my GIBill account

I would cut/paste more complaints but you get the gist.

I filed an IG Complaint with the Department of Education and will proceed to file my complaint w/The State of Connecticut Office of the Attorney General next.  I am also consulting w/my attorney. Post University messed with the wrong student this time.
