   gosh my story is just like the many i have read about this company.  March 2008, ordered 4 posters for $2. each but billed $39.  Ok so be it.


   next day they also charge my cc $48.  sent those posters back with the invoice and marked cancelled all over it.  Phoned pretty much weekly for the next 3 months looking for my refund but their computers were always down.


   i let it slide.  well to my surprise on Nov 24, 2009 there's a charge from them for $79.  WTF.  left a message and two days later no call.  well i finally did reach them today and spoke with them.  the first guy stated, unsure why i was charged but it would be reveresed, and as far as the $48.  he would have it refunded to me.  but then he also advised me to contact my banks dispute center and have them phone.


   i did, first my bank didn't understand why but did call them,  we spoke with someone else who advised us that the new computer system they got, charged anyone that had ever dealt with them, regardless of having a cancelled account.


   this company needs to be investigated.  they are nothing but a scam from what i've read and had to deal with them.  Well so far all is well but let's see what happens.
