Poster Pass/Seattle Coffee Direct/Peel, Free trial and coffee grinder, 4 posters for $2.00 each-total ripoff serious scam Evanston Illinois
I signed up online through a pop-up ad (big mistake, but it was innocent) to get a pound of coffee and a "free" cuisinart coffee grinder for only $9.00 (supposed to be a one time charge). Well, the products never came, and when I looked at my bank statement, I had multiple unauthorized transactions to my account.

I called the company several times during their "business" hours, but nobody answered the phone. I left a few messages with a phone number and email address, but nobody ever contacted me. After a few days I went to log into my account with this "company", and it said it wasn't accessible. I called the company again a few times over the next couple days to get no response. I then filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and the next day I contacted my bank to file a claim against this company. Both the BBB and the bank pursued my claims and I got an email from Brian Dale stating this:
Mr. xxxx,
We have received notice of your complaint with the Better Business Bureau. You have been completely refunded for all your packages, you have been fully opted out of future order and you will see this on your statement within 72 hours. We are sorry you did not feel our service was satisfactory.

After reading several other cases, I am sure that if I did not proceed with the BBB and the bank, I would have never seen a refund. Be careful with this company, do not fall for their scams. It is an umbrella company with the names Posterpass.com, Seattle Coffee Direct and Peel, Inc. under the same address and phone number.
