Please find enclosed all the details regarding my purchase with your company.  Not one time did you mention the box was torn or the book was torn.  Your own description states the book is in excellent condition on your website and also on the invoice you stated the book was new.  This is not true the book cover is completely damaged, torn and worn along with the box.     It is amazing a 50 year company would lie and be so deceitful.  Times must be really hard for you to not honor your business ethics and treat a client that owns over 25 Razzia posters this way.  I am appalled and disgusted

The owner called me and refunded me for the book.  I am pleased with the outcome.
