This is a false claim made by another company in the Omaha area. We contacted them and dealt with this situation which resulted in the consumer comment stating that were not a fraud. I wont identify the company responsible for the false posting, but they are known for their less than stellar business practices with multiple pages of complaints against their company on the internet.
Any customers that have an issue with us are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any issues they may have. All customers are provided with numerous methods for contacting us and we welcome any comments or suggestions on how to better serve our customers.
