Complaint Review: Potentfashion.com

I bought three polo shirts from potent fashion on the 27th of July 2008, but i was not sent a confirmation mail of those orders.

i wrote four email to their address asking them to confirm if my orders were completed but still did not get any reply. I also tried calling their Phone number.

But on checking my credit card account i discovered that a sum of 85.90 has been charged to their account, which is the sum of money for my goods and delivery charge.

But i still don't have my goods. please help me collect my hard earn money from potent fashion.
