Potomac Job Corps Staff And Contractors Have Been Stealing Funds From The DOL Right Under Their Noses. While The Students Live In Rooms With Mice, Bed Bugs, And Scabies They Live In The Lap Of Luxury Squandering The Tax Payers Money. The Director Mr.Steven Belk Has Also Been Caught Having Sexual Intercourse With Another Staff Member. Students At The Center Also Get Caught Having Sex Frequently. There Are So Many Students Overpopulating The Center Know That They Are Practically Being Handed Trade Certifications Or As Job Corps Calls It "Force Completions". The Fraud Of Job Corps Is That Only 19 Of 123 Job Corps Give Real Certifications. Students Waste 6 months to 2 years to receive false trade certifications. I Have Documented Evidence That The Center Staff Is Corrupt. If The Are Not Willing To Give Me A Bus Ticket Back Home I Will Take MTC To Court. Do Not Beleive Anything Your Admissions Counselor Tells You, He Is Just A Puppet Recruiter That Gets Paid To Fill A Government Qouta. You Only Get Paid 25-50 Dollars A Month, thats only .33 cents an hour That is Slave Wages. Many Tools That Labor Trades At Job Corps Need They Dont Have Because The Staff Is Stealing The Funds. My Trade Cant Even Use The Trucks We Need For Construction Becuase The Staff Refuses To Pay For The Gas. WHERE IS THE 1.8 Billion Dollars Going. Or Center Has 480 Students Every 90 Days They Receive 37,000 Dollars For Every Student. Thats 17,000,000 Million Dollars. The Staff Are Full Of Greed And Violence,Drugs, And Sex Controls The Campus Life. I Came Here For A Second Chance At Life And Now All I Have Experienced Is Another Let Down. The DOL Office Inspector General Needs To Audit The Center, And Potomac Job Corps Will Be Paying For My Way Back Home For Staff Negligence. PLEASE PETITION CONGRESS TO SHUT DOWN ALL JOB CORPS THEY ARE A WASTE OF TAX PAYERS MONEY. ALSO Go To WWW.JOBCORPSFRAUD.WORDPRESS.COM TO SEE HOW JOB CORPS CORRUPTION HAPPENS DAILY

A vague rebuttal to a vague complaint...

PJCC, your commentary has the same problem as the initial complaint.

Vague statements about your ideals, but no specifics.

Your comment looks more like a press release or a brochure than a specific rebuttal.

Obviously just like any other organization with human beings involved, there will be greed, fraud, and inappropriate behavior, and anyplace that houses groups of young people is certain to have its share of sex, drugs, and violence. Just look at any high school, college, or frat house.

Explain what you're doing to address the issues raised here, don't just spout the party line.

In the current U. S. economy, where job seekers face a very competitive job market, it is easy to let the importance of a good corporate culture fall by the wayside. But be advised as a career administrative professional and director
of the Potomac Job Corps Center in Washington, D. C., neither I nor my staff ignore the importance of a good working and nurturing environment. At Potomac, we have discovered that staff and students find our corporate culture as
important to their work and training satisfaction as the actual training experiences and job duties they perform. Our executive team realizes that individuals want to train and work for a company whose values and undertakings
they respect. And likewise when our responsibilities include nurturing a compassionate environment for our employees and students, it was vital that we construct a strategic plan that would make our work and training place comfortable, non-invasive, and productive.

The Potomac Job Corps Strategic Plan is designed to encourage collaboration, consensus and advisory from our staff and students. It is also designed to be community-inclusive and would embrace all levels of our organization. As the
result, we have a document and practice that welcomes diversity in opinions and work performance. It perpetuates our charge and one we take most seriously, to address and find resolutions to staff and student concerns when notified. As
with all organizations, there are areas that are difficult to address when they affect a group versus an individual. However, we encourage students and staff to offer our executive team the opportunity to resolve or modify as needed any
issues that might prevent their successful transition through our program. We also have codes that edify our administrative practices:

We abide by our financial agreement with the Department of Labor;
We adhere to social demands and safety procedures;
We respect the privacy of our employees and students;
We look for opportunities for on-going progress;
We offer opportunities that benefit and not harm those in our care;
We regulate our certification programs according local, state and federal guidelines;
We operate in an ethical manner, never sacrificing our ethics to negative forces;
We provide medical and counseling services to those who wish to be served;
We offer high standards and we do not deter from this norm.

For the optimistic job-seeking student between the ages of 16 and 24 and for potential great employees alike, Job Corps offers a positive working and learning environment that rivals most industry employment training programs. If
youre looking for new opportunities, a sustainable career, support services, quality instruction, and structured programming, then we encourage young people and prospective employees to consider one of the 125 Job Corps center campuses located throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.

This is a shame

If these allegations are true, it's really a shame. But accusations alone aren't enough to bring about real change. If you really want to make a difference, you need to provide specifics. Generally complaining about poor conditions isn't effective, it's easy to just say "this is a disgruntled former worker or student" and dismiss you entirely. To convince people you're right, you should  provide some verifiable facts, things like names, dates, and locations where things happened.

Also, you've capitalized almost every word, and that makes your post harder to read. Please only capitalize the first words of sentences and proper nouns.
