I PURCHASE TWO IDENTICAL CHAIRS TO BE PLACED IN THE SAME LIVING ROOM. THE TWO CHAIRS ARE DIFFERENT. When I contacted Pottery Barn, they said because I accepted delivery , they are not responsible. I have a Receipt that clearly shows two Cardiff Upholstered Aimchairswith performance suede was ordered. Item # 7602741

One chair has nailheads and the other does not. . I ordered two of the same chair. I was not home and had a friend accept delivery while I was at work. This clearly  was a manufacturing error but pottery barn would not stand by their merchandise.

Put it to the attention of “Investigative Reporter”. Maybe someone will contact you and expose your situation on TV. If this happened to you, it would be logical to conclude that it has happened to others, correct?
