Not even worth one star as we have never dealt with shysters as we found at Poulsbo RV.  We purchased a 2013 Winnebago View Profile that even the store manager termed  as a lemon, but they offered no assistance in helping us  sell it for a $30,000.00 after use of it for less than 20 days. We had a trial run to the ocean upon taking possession of the RV and found many problems which were to be fixed in a two week stay in their shop.  We the left for a trip across country to the East Coast.  Got as far as Santa Fe before the engine caught fire.  After days their in repair, we got another day and a half out before needing days of repair in Texas.  Got to daughters in Baltimore.  Stayed two weeks without using the motorhome, left to head to Arcadia to hike, and got 150 miles before the slide stuck and would not come in.

Had to drive 150 miles back to closest dealer to fix it, and stayed their 3 days waiting for service.  Instead of hiking, we headed to Winnebago Factory, who assured us after a stay there, that we were good to go. Less than a day later, steps no longer worked, generator no longer worked, as well  as additonal less dramatic problems.  Limped home to Seattle and took it right to Poulsbo RV.  Manager offered to buy it back for $10,000.00 loss to us, and when we took him up on it, he denied even offering it.  So into service for three months, then they offered to sell it for us (with them getting part of profit, asking  $20,00.00 less than we paid.   By now service managers had changed four times in less than a year,  A month and a half after they said they would sell it, Poulsbo RV moved it to put in with others for sale, and found it needed a new engine.

Mercedes who was the only honorable part of our whole experience replaced the engine and we sold it to someone for a $30,000.00 loss for our 20 days use!  Poulsbo justified their actions because to quote the manager, everyone gets lemons.  Winnebago offered us $2000.00 of the price of a new, same model RV, but would do nothing else to assist us except explain that it was made during model changes and that inefficient temporary help caused the problems.  I would suggest that anyone looking to purchase from Poulsbo RV or Winnebago take a good hard look at how much pain and money loss they can afford.  Worst business experience in my life.  Person who purchased from us, picked up RV from Mercedes Benz with new engine and promise of what great shape the motor home was in.  He contacted us a month later offering to sell us back the piece of junk  for less than he paid us.  I get hives when I go buy Poulsbo RV and know that they are doing to others what they did to us
