Complaint Review: Pow Wow

  I saw this website for Career Coaching/resume writing, http://www.powwowconsulting.com/joomla/index.php
I called and spoke to Melissa, probably the one and only employee. She assures me that she has experience recruiting in my employment field. So I thought great she will know how to write a killer resume. She ask for my current resume; so I sent it to her. She then ask for background info which I then sent to her. Melissa says it usually takes 3 -4 days to write a resume. I say ok and call her one week later.

    Its been a week and Melissa says I will need more time I'm slammed with recruiting work. I say ok and 2 more weeks pass. I call Melissa she interviews me again and says she has what she needs to finish the resume. Well five weeks after hearing nothing but excuses, I set a deadline of I need to hear from you by either phone or email by the 6th week. Melissa sends out 1 email that says everything is done she just needs to go over it with me. Well I call at least 6 times send out several emails and never hear back from her again. Pow Wow in San Francisco claims to be some high end recruiter, its nothing more than a woman with a telephone. Waited for 2 months and never got anything. Never even had an irritable conversation with her either. Something really weird going on with this woman. Do not hire her or Pow Wow.
