Power Brands Consulting They Charged our company $1,000 for Production of Potoypes and they did nothing and wont refund our money Van Nuys, California
We paid them to produce prototypes for our beverages and they did nothing for us. They charged our company $1,000 and did nothing and has refused to refund us our money. They then try to con us into paying an additional $4,500 for more services hat they said we needed. I would trust this company at all.

As the customer service manager for Power Brands (www.powerbrands.us), it is my job to insure that all customers are happy with Power Brands service. We work diligently to make sure that each and every client is 100% satisfied with the work we do. When this particular customers concerns came to our attention over 2 years ago, we immediately rushed to address them. We contacted this client and began to resolve his problems to his full satisfaction. Once we had achieved a resolution to this client's concerns, we asked the client to post a retraction on the RipOffReport.com website and he agreed, but sadly that has not occurred. As a result, we are posting this notice to announce that this clients needs have been 100% resolved.

Consequently, we are posting another rebuttal and follow up to this client's ROR post.
When this particular customers concerns came to our attention over 2 years ago, we immediately rushed to address them. We contacted this client and began to resolve his problems to his full satisfaction. Once we had achieved a resolution, the client agreed to post a retraction on the
RipOffReport.com website, but that has not occurred and we do not expect this person to take the time to retract his negative claims. As a result, we are posting this notice to announce that this clients needs have been 100% resolved. This is our standard procedure for servicing our clients.

Client wanted us to produce prototypes, but didn't have a formula for the beverage. The additional fee was to create a beverage formula for him. The client did receive a refund.
