Power Dodge Of Valencia, California Mike Wallace, Sold us a pre-installed auto-alarm system by using deception and fraud, he tricked us into believing we would not be charged for the already installed alarm system. They told us we could only take the vehicle to tem to get the system activated. They uninstalled the alarm system and installed a new one. We had to pay for transfer fee for lo jack out of pocket. Mr. Mike Wallace, Finance Consultant, sold us a used Durango wich is still under manufacter's warrante. Power Dodge, Dealership in Valencia, Ca removed the Window Price sticker so I never got a chance to see it really. I was told I was given a $300 discount for internet sales since I contacted them via internet, that was a lie.They used fraud and deception by giving us a due bill to only go to them to have the alarm "activated" . Then they removed the old alarm and put in a new one. Mr. Wallace promise we would not be charged for it, that it would be thrown in. The previous owner had that alarm system installed in January of 'o4. It worked perfectly.
The car had a L-Jack system installed in it. Mr. Wallace tried to charge me $600 for that, I refused to pay for it. I had to pay the $99 transfer fee which should have been included in the $2000 downpayment thatwe gave them. We paid the $99 out of pocket in March '06. We purchase the car on Feb 27'06.
The indicator always comes on noting the passenger airbag is turned off. The accelerator makes a griding noise every time my foot is on it.It also grinds. The windows rattle within the window racks.
I feel that we have been ripped off big time! The Buyer's Guide was incomplete. On the back they failed to name the 14 major systems of the used car and list problems that could occur from it.
