power motors llc sold me a 2013 mazda3 on may 8 2015 and it's been in the shop more than on the street baltimore maryland

I purchased a lemon (car) from Power Motors on 8 May 2015. It has been a total night mare. I have been to their repairman on Woodlawn Dr. where he did absolutely nothing. 3hrs.

While driving back from Ft. Meade the cooling hose came off and the car over heated. Took it back to Power Motors left it for them to repair where they kept it for repair fot two days. Picked it up and was told to take it to Haris Auto repair, he stated it was on warranty and needed to go to the Mazda Dealership. Took it to the one on Hyw 40 and paid $115 for diagnosis to find it had been repaired by someome other than them and they refused to honor the warranty.

The engine light remained on, the car cut off in traffic at lease three times. The tire light was on the air bag light remained on, seat belt missing in the back. No one told me of it being involved in an accident which is obvisous if you opened the hood or looked at the side panels.

I took it back to them for them to take it to another Mazda dealer who has had it since last Thursday. They have not been contacted to repair the car nor have they given us any information as to its status.

I don't appreciate their lack of informing me of faults with the vehicle. I want it thoroughly repaired at no cost to me or a complete refund.
