Complaint Review: Power MTA Servers

I need an email marketing plan to send bulk emails to contact on seversl lists I have. They confirmed my order, but never completely setup the system. I sent several emails and they didn't respond. I called their NJ number, whihc is a MagicJack number, but goes dorectly to voicemail. I tried chatting, which I did before buying the monthly plan and they won't answer that either. 

I have the complete chat saved, so the service they promised, they never completed.

I saw this site and found them immediately and saw the other posts and decided to create an account herre & post as well.
