Complaint Review: POWER SPORTS MAX - DEEAL INC.

I spent $2400.00 on a 250cc motorscooter from these people. First off the bike came way later than promised. It cam in a steel cage kind of container that had to be sawed open. The instruction manual was barely legible. Written in chinese. I put on onlu about 90 miles and the thing broke down. I couldn't reach the company for days to ask what I should do with it.

I finally brought it in to a local dealer/repair shop. Tehy repaired a bad car. fuel line and cleaned out the tank. I spent over $700.00 on repairs. I got the thing back and it still doesn't run. Again I contacted the company and they blew me off. I finally talked with supposedly someone in charge and got the run around.

I was willing to not persue any recourse for the non working piece of crap they sent to me, if only they would pay the repair bill. I was promised the payment, but was told to personally e-mail this guy, who was hitting on me over the phone. He wanted a copy of the repair bill. Which I had already faxed 3 or more times. And, I sent them a copy too. They claimed to not have received the copy in the mail., and that my fax resolution was poor so they couldn't make out the bill.

I am so furiious. I only wanted a small amount of what I lost to be paid back. They are a very shaddy company. Very poor business operators. Scam artists!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you know of anyone that is interested in buying anything from them. DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!!! Rude. I also suspect that there is illegal activity going on there.
