Power Toyota Of Tempe keeping warranty refunds and not sending money to reinstate Tempe Arizona
bought a car from Power Toyota in tempe last year. in march i had my car repo but got it back a week later. in the mean time my finance co Zions, sent letter to cancel warranty. Power did that and fowarded the refund to zions since i got my car back they sent the check back and advised not to cancel since i have the car. Power toyota never sent back the money or reinstated my warranty. I dropped off my car this morning to get fixed and was told that i dont have a warranty anymore. after finding all this out. Power played dumb and said they never recieved a letter from zion or the check (but when on phone with western general offered to overnight a check???) anyway now even though both zi0n and power faxed proof that it should never have been cancled they unsure if they can reinstate. i cant afford to fix car with that coverage i dont know what to do .. According to zions i have a warranty in my loan and i am paying for one. i need help i dont know who and how to have this fixed
