Power Wash This is the company name. 729-0562. Owner was rude, Insulting and very Un-professional. They sent a worker out to power wash the outside of our home because of a letter we received from the HOA. When asked how they would get to the top they said we always just do it from the ground. I let the worker know this was unacceptable and would not reach the top from the ground. He said he would go get his ladder left and never returned. (pressure washers cannot reach that high). He has apparently done several Townhomes in the area and unbeknowing to the custopmer they were scammed

When I called the company to see when they would be back the owner or whoever answers the phone was very belligerent, Insulting and Rude. He said I had no right telling his worker anything and would not be back.
A good example of People that have no business in business for any reason.
I am a business man that provides customer sevice excellence as a Sales Manager. I recommend never using this company for anything.
Aparently they have done other homes in this comunity and unbeknowing to the customer they were scammed for a quick buck with unqualified people and shotty services.

I sent a tech out to wash rear of town house, which by the way, we have cleaned several before and some a couple of years in a row. From the beginning this fellow was trying to tell my tech how to do the job, telling him what we could do and what we couldn't do He insisted that he get a ladder, which my tech explained that we didnt need.
This guy was being a real horses a*s. So I told my tech just to wrap his sruff up and dont charge him and come back to the shop. The customer called and asked when we would be back I told him we weren't coming back! there was no charge for the work that he should get some one else. I can't understand how this fellow can claim that he got ripped off from us when he never paid one red cent. Kip Sampson
