powerfulmill.com Massage Chair Store requested MORE credit card information after declined multiple pmts online Internet

I tried to order a chair from these people. Multiple times I got a message that stated my order was a HIGH RISK & seek OTHER means of pmt. I emailed them my issues & copied the alert on their website & emailed it to them. Silas Evelyn responded with:

you try to pay again by visa or master card .

  2 maybe you can change another card and try again after two hours.    3 you should ask the bank or  your friend to finish your payment.   4 you should make new order on another computer   when your order successful ,please inform me. i can arrangement right now for your order,send package early than other buyer's .  

So sorry ,don't be angry ,please calm down ,it's our fault .our system doesn't update so that appears this trouble ,dear ,maybe you can buy after several days ,It just buffered a few days,thank you  for your understanding and cooperation  best wishes When I refused this suggestion-they said that "We are for online shopping only.Maybe you can't buy the item ,thank you for your coming"...Beware of this site & do not give them any more information.
