Powersports Distro/Gary Fike Ripoff - New dirt bike broke 28 minutes into riding, Company won't respond to any messages/calls to fix Wixom Michigan

On 12/5/16 I ordered a Tao Tao 110cc SEMI AUTOMATIC Pit Bike DB14-paid $626.95. I received confirmation of the order on 12/5 & 12/8 (with shipping info).

On day 7, 12/14/16, I had not heard from anyone about delivery of the bike (I paid for 8-day ground) so I emailed Powersports Distro & left voicemail. I got a responsive email on 12/14/16 at 10:21 pm that they were "able" to ship the bike & gave me a tracking number.

I tracked the bike over the next few days and was awaiting a phone call to arrange the delivery which I was told by Powersports Distro that they would call before delivery, however, never got the call. It arrived on 12/16/16. Luckily someone was home to put the bike in the garage. I opened the bike, put on the handle bars/front wheel (it was missing handlebar nuts but bought) went over the bike to make sure there was no damage/problems.

I gave the bike to my son on Christmas & due to some unexpected Iowa warm weather he was able to ride it on 12/31/16. The bike lasted 30 minutes and broke in a major way. The bike now needs a new chain, sprocket, rear hub and 4 new bolts because the holes for the sprocket stripped out.

I emailed, texted and called Powersports Distro at 4:09 pm right after it broke that day advising them I expected a call/email immediately advising on when I could expect the needed parts to be shipped to me free of charge. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM ON REPAIRING THIS BIKE. I HAVEN'T EVEN HAD IT 30 DAYS. I HAVE EMAILED THREE TIMES, CALLED BETWEEN MYSELF AND OTHERS AT LEAST 7 TIMES NEVER RECEIVING A PERSON AND HAVING TO LEAVE VOICEMAILS.

Mr. Fike claims: (quote from his own webiste) "Powersports Distro's goal is to provide quality Pit Bikes and ATVs backed by the best customer care and service possible". He took money out of my account same day of order but doesn't want to warrant/cover if there is a problem. Now I have to pay more to fix the bike out of my pocket.
