I had just purchased a 250 CC scooter from powersportsmax.com on the 5/02/2011 and got it within a couple of days on the 05/07/2011, everything was going fine, I checked it for any dents or damages and there weren't any. The manual was of poor grammar but, I still figured it out and I just don't know what was wrong with it. The scooter just wasn't running at all, there was no juice and hence it was not going anywhere. I called power max tech support only to be put on hold every single time I called and when I did get to speak to someone they either did not know much about the bikes or would put me on hold again. I just want to get an honest answer and some help here . I spent a significant dollar amount on my bike as was trying to save some on gas but, it looks like I've been taken for a ride and unfortunately it's not of my scooter. I wish someone out there would read this and some how a number of customers can petition to do something in order to get some kind of justice.

 I think  as every American consumer out there, we deserve to get what we paid for .
