Called this company around 3:15 pm looking for parts that broke down on my Coolster ATV.  Kept on asking for a PO#.  I told her i purchased the ATV 3 years ago and all I needed to see if 3 parts where available.  Kept on telling me to order online. I asked do you keep parts in the wharehouse, she said yes and if the part did not say out of stock then it was available.  I explained i live 4.5 hours away and did not want to take a chance on ordering the parts and being charged for it if they were not in stock.  Plus I need the parts in 2 weeks.

After asking if the parts were in the wharehouse and telling me yes, I asked her if she could physically check to see if the parts where in stock.  She blew me off stating I can't we don't have a parts department and it's almost 4.  I said it's 3:20 and you're open for another 40 minutes, can you please give me someone else to help me check since I felt she was seemed bothered.  She said no. 

Feeling that she was rude and not helpful (lazy as a matter of fact) and blowing me off, I immediately asked for a supervisor she responded saying no one else could help me.  Then I asked for her name 3 times and then she hung up on me. What the hell is wrong with people these days, I'm trying to give them my business and this is how they treat people. Crappy customer service and people skills.
