Complaint Review: Powersportsmax

Powersportsmax I ordered a 4 wheeler from this company and it never ran. I have spent a year trying to get them to support me with the tech support they claim they provide however they put me on hold then transfer me to voice mail and never call me back. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and they claim they have never done business with me even when I have the paperwork to prove it. South El Monte California

 I have tried to get technical support for a 4 wheeler this company sold me just over a year ago. The machine has never run, I have turned it over to a professional mechanic and he cannot diagonois what is the issue. We have both spent hours on hold trying to speak with a technician as the site boast is ALWAYS there for support.

I am so tired of trying to get this company to be responsible for their product. Please NEVER NEVER order from them they will not support their products or you. 

I reported this company to the Better Business Bureau and they claim to have never done business with me. I have the receipt and they still will not take ownership of having sold a defective product and make the transaction right.
