Hello, I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Left bad reviews on google, yelp, and posted warnings to others on Bill Hewitt’s personal facebook page. I filed with GA consumer protection division, but was sent a letter stating that they could not help.

They advised me to pursue small claims court, but due to the laywer fees, I have not. This is some of the info from my situation. I brought a running 6.0 to Bill for the basic package. They did not reassemble correctly and it broke one week after I picked it up from GA.

They have ignored my emails and calls since. I am planning to buy a used pcm on ebay around $400 to try to fix my truck myself in my driveway. I watched every powerstrokehelp video on youtube. He should focus on the little guy, instead of making million dollar a year ad revenue videos. Lowest quality work, take it to anyone else.

Several bolts loose and missing, wires chafed. Mistakes happen, they will leave you broke down and dry 1 week after paying $4800. powerstrokehell.com Bbb complaint dispute: I attached Bills email admitting that they did not put the bolts back in my van during reassembly. He still has my hardware sitting on his shelf somewhere, despite charging me over $4700.

His low quality work caused major electrical problems. Due to negligence, an unattached heavy metal bracket fell & chafed through 2 sensor wires, shorting them out a week later. I brought Bill a running van to do the basic reliability upgrades. They did not complete the job they charged me for.

Would you drive on a bridge that was not complete? Or pay for it? I am trying to pay a local wrecker/mechanic to fix my stranded van and tow it to their shop. I am paying for a new engine computer, that I should not need. Bill is choosing not to accept responsibility, despite accepting the job and fault.

My vehicle has been down since March because of this company. I expect a refund to pay for repairs and tow.
