Complaint Review: Powertrain Pros

Powertrain Pros,Jeff , Kevin, Patrick Green Caution: Never buy anything from Powertrain Pros! They lie about the time it will take for delivery, transmission failed in less than 30 days, and if you use the warranty they only send parts of the transmission, not the entire assembly as they originally sent.  I originally ordered a result transmission from Powetrain Pros in 6/2017 from representative Patrick Green. He promised to expedite delivery and I would receive the transmission 5 days later. That was a lie. He also stated that the $1045.00 wouldn't be taken out of my account until the transmission was ready to ship. That was also a lie. It was taken out the same day. So, being that Mr. Green said that GMC transmissions are usually ready pretty quick, I'm thinking my transmission actually was expedited. Being that my account was debited. Of course, that was a lie to already have your money locked away so it would be hard to receive a refund. I talked to Mr. Green, Kevin, and Jeff to cancel the delivery and refund my money, they didn't. Transmission was delivered anyway, within 3 weeks , the transmission's 3rd gear goes out. I have to now pay for labor again and fluids in less than 30 days. Call for warranty replacement on a Thursday, Kevin lies and tells me my warranted transmission would be at my mechanic's shop on the following Tuesday. Big Lie! Talked to Amber, that says she doesn't know why he would say that, she gets everything squared away. Also, they say you have to add an external cooling transmission cooler or it may fail again. Have no idea why just 3rd gear would fail and nothing else without an after market cooler added. Never said anything about an external cooler throughout multiple conversations with the original transmission. Anyway, part of the transmission is delivered a week later on a Monday. With no torque converter attached and no tail of the transmission. These people tell me to just attach the old converter to the new piece of transmission they sent out. Mind you, it came totally assembled originally. So, I'm not only having to pay for labor again less than30 days later, but they also want me to pay extra labor cost by asking my mechanic to assemble old parts off the failed transmission onto the exchanged transmission. This companies customer service is a - F if there is such a grade. This has been the worst experience I've ever encountered. I asked Kevin multiple times for the CEO's info and was denied. He even resorted to saying undermining remarks and made sure he expressed his anger. Very, very, very unprofessional. If this next transmission fails I will be filing fraud against Powertrain Pros. Do Not Purchase from this company. Warning!
