Half built home, which is of very poor quality and shoddy work performed. The Construction of the home is now in default for non completion.

Construction loan closed June 8th, 2000 it was for six mos and completion should of been before the loan deadline of Dec. 5th 2000 they were given 30 days more as a grace period which was till January 8th.

On January 13 someone set fire to the house.(Arson investigated, outcome???) They refuse to repair and wont allow anyone else do it for the price the insurance is covering.

It is now March and no home yet. Calls and letters from my attorny goes unanswered as of yet. I was informed by locals in the area that this outfit has many homes up in the poconos with half built homes and has filed bankrupcy in the past and just keep opening up under other names and go back into business.

In regards to a report filed 3/2001. I became aware of this report when a copy was sent to me.

I would like to state that even though All the information enclosed pretty much pertains to me I did not file this complaint. I was the only customer PPF, homes had that was involved in an arson while still under construction.

There were numerous ongoing issues at that time which not only included the builder, the bank, it also included the home owners insurance. All issues pertanent at that time has been resolved and the home has been completed.

I closed in August of 2001 and I have since, sept 2001 moved in. I have numerous pictures of the final completion of my home for anyone who is interested in seeing the final workmanship. Id be more than happy to e-mail them to any interested party for their own personal review. AG
