Complaint Review: PPL Motorhomes

PPL Motorhomes Did not refund inspection fee, since an inspection was never done and completed. houston, Texas

Dealers "salesman" sent me a sales contract to sign... wasted no time to do that.

Right after the sales contract was signed, the salesman emails me to say "he found a ding/scrape on a door, and he would send a picture...the next day, I get a picture of a dented door, he said you can back out of the deal at that time if I wanted to.

Why did he wait to tell me about the dented door until after the contract was signed?

Fee that was paid was an inspection fee to make sure interior appliances and items are working properly.

nothing was inspected because the decision to decline the motorhome was done before any inspections to the workings of the coach were done.

to take my money and say to me (Quote) Sorry you are NOT HAPPY...But I was extremely busy and could not get out there.  So be glad I sent them ( outside pictures) before you got here.  :) Thanks for interest...Good luck to you (Quote)

I want a refund of the inspection fee because nothing was done.

 Otherwise... in My opinion. I was ripped off to the tune of over $300 for nothing done, and In my opinion, buying a Motorhome from PPL motorhomes is to be never trusted, and the public has been warned.
