pppay.com AVOID! AVOID! RIP OFF FEES AND NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT! Internet

Registered on their site for the first time and was charged for card confirmation. That's ok since Im going to save on paypal fees anyway, I thought.

22/11/10 - Bought Windows 7 dvds on escrow, seller was pushing for me to push the money through - absolutely not until I see the goods. Pppay charged me for the service - again it's fine for my own safety anyway.
BEWARE THAT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR USING PPPAY AS A CASH ADVANCE AND THIS COMPANY DOESNT ALERT YOU WHEN YOU ARE PAYING FOR IT! THEY JUST POCKETED THE ESCROW FEE AND BE SILENT!
Emailed them on 5/12/10 - no reply until now.. thinking of withdrawing my money out but the seller may want me to fulfill my contract so proceed.
11/12/10 Seller has been banned - hmm.. no surprise seeing the way he was trying to get the money. Contacted pppay.com via email on the matter asking for refund as seller obviously not going to fulfill. NO FREAKING REPLY EVER SINCE!

I will try again on 23/1 when I am supposed to be able to cancel the escrow transaction - 60 days!!

CONCLUSION: AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!!
