Instead of receiving positive feedback, you are receiving this message concerning Practical Marketics’ inability to communicate or provide a finished project.
I did receive a database…twice. But it was FULL of obvious errors…which I politely pointed out and requested a fix each time. It’s been over EIGHT months since our initial order, still no finished product, and all communications and responses from you have since ceased.
After a period of time, you stopped answering the phones... however, when I blocked my call display... someone would always answer. On occasions when I got through to you, I requested to speak directly with management, yet no manager ever, EVER called back as promised. I even waited on hold for over an hour, and I believe the manager left the premises while I was waiting. Management failed to call me back FIVE times.
Being a patient and resonable person, all I wanted was a GOOD explanation as to why fixing the errors was taking so long, and to ask if there was anything I could do to help facilitate the project delivery.
We were billed half the amount upfront, and my requests for a refund have been ignored. I was offered a free additional database to compensate for my inconvenience. But you didn’t deliver that either.
Incomplete / inferior work and a complete lack of customer service."
Until this email, I’ve never said a derogatory word or raised my voice to anyone there. I had given Practical Marketics so many opportunities to reverse the downward spiral of this purchase. As a last straw, I sent my Rep, Adam Omar, NINE simple emails in as many weeks, asking nicely for my list….to which I didn’t receive one single word in response.
