I tried the 14 day trial. It took 10 days to receive the starter kit. They recommend that you charge the battery for 8 hours the first time you charge the battery. This gave me one day to try the cigarette, get the RMA # that the company requires in order to return the product and mail it back all within the 14 day trial period. This is, of course, impossible, which is exactly what they count on, because the product is completely inferior to other e-cigarettes Ive tried.

In addition, it does not live up to its claims. They claim that the nicotine cartridge lasts approximately 15-20 smokes. EVERY SINGLE cartridge I used lasted maybe 40 drags, TOPS. Also, Every third or fourth cartridge didnt work at all. In addition, the atomizer only allows you to take a drag about 2 every 20 30 seconds. Nothing like a real cigarette and nothing like other e-cigarettes. It is truly an inferior product.

Now for the devious part, by the time you figure this out, they claim you are past your 14 day trial period and immediately charge your credit card $149.00 for this worthless unit. I called on a Thursday, which was the 12th day of my trial. I received a recording that stated EXACTLY There is no one available to take your call. There was no announcement that it was the Prado Corp., no mention of times or days they were open, just that recording. I called hourly Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

On Saturday they charged my credit card $149.00 for the starter kit. I called my bank on Monday, they called and got through, so I called. I spoke to a so-called supervisor and she gave me an RMA # to return the unit because of the recording I received.

It made no difference, 2 weeks later I received the exact same unit in the mail, stating I missed the 14 day trial time and they would not, under any circumstances, take the unit back. They were the most rude group of people I ever had to deal with.

I hope every one reads this and does not make the same mistake I made. Do not, under any circumstances, try Prado E-cigarette. They are a zero customer service company that sells a totally inferior product. They depend on the fact that they have Terms and Conditions that are impossible to meet enabling them to charge customers $149.00 for the initial starter kit, then shortly thereafter they'll charge you $59.99 for a set of cartridges, all of which they will refuse to take back. Please be warned, this was a very expensive lesson. The now worthless PRADO E-CIGARETTE may as well be thrown away, because I will not pay $59.99 a month for nicotine cartridges for an inferior product, when the cartridges don't always work either.

This is a scam run by Prado and www.BetterRankings.com. The hit my credit card on day 10 when i didnt even get the ecig!!! then charged me over and over for cartridges. You can run a good business by not screwing people!!!!!!! No one answers the customers service calls and i'm fed up.

www.BetterRankings.com is associated with this scam with ecig links all over their sites and they market Prado. I'm going to get to the bottom of this and report all of them. Over 200.00 billed to my credit card and i still have no product.

I like how they offer a 14-day trial but their terms and conditions state that the 14 days starts from the day they ship it out. This is ILLEGAL. No court would agree with that clause. It is IMPOSSIBLE for the customer to get a 14-day trial as advertised.

File a complaint with the credit card company to get the chargeback. When they get enough complaints they'll shut off Prados charge processing.
