Prado E-cigarettes Incredible Rip-off Phoenix, Arizona
I fell prey to the Prado E-cigarette scam also. My bank called me today indicating on their system there was a "Fraud Alert". I put through the order on 9/16/10 and received it on 9/18/10. Upon trying to return it, the customer service was extremely rude & barely spoke English.
When I signed up with them, the COMPLETE Terms & Agreement was not shown. I never would have agreed to their terms.....including transit time?? It could, I suppose, take them 13 days to ship it; therefore, you have 1 day to puff fast then return it.
The cigarette tasted like perfume & burned my throat (unlike real cigarettes).
All in all, I am very dissatisfied with this product and would heartedly discourage anyone from doing "business" with them.
I was forced to change my bank account number so that they would not continue to take out the monthly charge.
Bad product, bad service, bad, bad, bad, bad.
