I got had again. Prado www.ecig4free.com Quit Smoking made easy! Free Trial! What a lie. The free trial starts the minute they have your credit card information. I was told that by Jake their own representative, 2/23/2010.


When I called to complain and discuss returning the ECIG4FREE. They actually laughed. No Returns, No Free Trial. I received the Prado cigarette with no instructions or booklet of any kind. No receipt. I had to figure out how to put it together. I received it Feb. 20, 2010. on Saturday. Today is Feb. 23, 2010 Tuesday.


Order placed 1/25/2010 $9.90 Charged to my account. FREE Trial 30 days on the website. 10 days according to Jake, the minute your credit card is approved.


NO Refunds. No Returns. They told me not to waste my time or shipping costs returning the product, they would only return it to me. The first charge was $9.90 then 2/12/10 they charged $149,000 to my card. 2/19/10 they hit my card again for $69.90.  They told me that I could not refund the product I have not even received yet. Or remove the charge.


 Today is the first day I tried and it taste bad, the cigarette is heavy and no way would even resemble a cigarette.


I thought it would help with trying to cut back. Wrong! It has a terrible taste and what part of any of this is a Free Trial?


Total Charges $229.70 I just hope the letter I sent will stop future charges. They sent refill cartridges according to Jake, that I have not received yet. But, I was billed for them and could not cancel, return, or void.


I think a lesson to all of us that would like to try something for Free should understand it will be at great cost in the end. If you think you can try it for free! Remmber, NOTHING IS FREE!

There are a number of online scams that use a fulfillment corp to actually ship the crap they claim to sell.  They sit in Panama or wherever, buy a google ad., put up a page promising the moon, and use the fulfillment corp. as their physical address.  So, you think you're dealing with someone in Arizona.  This particular one is involved mainly in the Patriot Survival Plan and similar scams; eCigs are a new line for them.

The actual company that you're dealing with is called Green Light Direct Services, Inc.  As in, "you have a green light to rip people off".  Funny they don't call it that publicly, having registered PM Fulfillment as an assumed business name.  Below is the link to the Arizona SOS for legal information.  The actual operators of all these scams, the ones at the warehouse, are:

They also run Desert Packaging, Inc. in an attempt to separate a legit biz from the crooked one.  It may be a better way to get ahold of him.  He has a flunky named Scott Gordon that is there to take flack as the "owner".  Check with the Arizona SOS and don't be fooled.  He's not a registered agent or officer of either.  Let him know you have Lloyd's phone number.  That'll get his attention.  His job is to take flak.  A call to Lloyd means he's not doing his job.  Manta estimates they're pulling down about 2 million a year.

Send Registered Letter to the above address to cancel subscription. They charge your debit or credit card immediately and there is no free trial. 10 days or 14 days is a big fat lie.

I stress to cancel in writing immediately or cancel your credit card or debit card including your bank checking account. They will continue to charge your account for refill cartridges to the tune of $69.90 every month.

Good Luck trying to beat this company.

This is such a scam. My product got here 15 days after i ordered and i was already billed before i got it. I called customer service and no answer now for 3 days. I too have been had. They even charged me already 69.90 for refill cartridges when i didnt even recieve my product yet!!!!! wtf!!!!

i bought it from ecig4free.com, was marketed by a page from www.BetterRankings.com i found out

www.BetterRankings.com is the company that markets them and they seem to be in the ecig business with ecig links on their site...maybe they are even Prado. The marketed domain names are registered to BetterRanking.com under Jack and they market this product very tricky, maybe illegal to trick the consumer to buying this scam. I'm filing a complaint on them as well.

Stay away from both of these companies!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Scam!!!!!!

This is a Ripoff-----------Cancel immediately--- Mail letter--If not in writing they won't cancel & continue to charge you--------Nothing is Free, No Free trial period---Prado electroic cigarette 405 West Fairmont Dr.  Tempe, Az. 85282----call them-----1- (800) 558-9643----- Nothing is free about this trial offer. Write to them to cancel immediately if you are not satisfied. The minute they get your credit card information your trial period starts. Not 10 days after you receive it. Look on website www.ecig4free.com

Feb. 23, 2010 I called and to return the product and they laughed at me or I should say Jake laughed at me their representative. I placed the order on 1/25/10 and received the product 2/20/10. In reality your order begins from the time they have your credit card info cleared.

By clicking to order, you agree to our terms and conditions and are enrolled in the auto ship Refill Value Plan.  Your credit card will be charged the trial amount indicated at check out and shipping and handling of $14.95 (or the promotional shipping amount charged)  to cover the shipping & handling of your Trial of the Prado Electronic Cigarette Starter Kit, the trial fee and S&H fee is non refundable.
