I saw an online add indicating this product is more healthy than smoking real cigarettes. After speaking with family members, I was told to not order the product, as it not what all its cracked up to be. A Rep from Prado called to confirm my order, and at that time I cancelled the order on the spot. A few days later I received a package via US mail.
Unbeknown to me, I opened the package, only to find the order of which I verbally canceled a few days prior. I called and spoke with several different Reps who assured me my account and order was cancelled. The company advised me to ship the order back, and my bank account would not be charged for not only the product, but for the additional filters, of which I never ordered.
I called the company on several different occasions and spoke with several different Reps. The last Rep I spoke with was extremely rude, and told me that she believed she had addressed my concerns, I assured her she hadn't. I then requested to speak with a Supervisor, as did on other occasions, the Rep advised me her Supervisor was in a Corporate meeting. Each request to speak with a supervisor, was follow up by the same response, "My supervisor is in a meeting". This company is surly a Ripoff, and exudes the term "Scam Artists" DO NOT deal with this company. I ended the call advising the Rep I would be contacting my local Attorney Generals office as well as the BBB.
