Received the electronic cigarette quickly however that was the only good thing about this experience. It was impossible to put the thing together. So I googled the name Prado cigarette and saw tons of complaints. After many searches and calls to wrong #s I finally found the correct website http://www.smokefreely.com/contact/ and phone # 1.877.6473735. I did get through and found out all the complaints of false advertising were true. They will charge you $149 then about another $70 a month for cartridges if you do not cancel within 14 days AND you MUST have a RMA @ to returm the ecig. NOT a good deal at all and the most frustrating thing was the lack of info to caontact them in the package as well as the false advertising.
