When I called, they try to make me offers, I refused, told them they lied..would have never ordered if I was going to be billed $80 monthly. Asked for manager, told me they were, then said they would hang up on me. I hung up phone, representatives called me back to back. When I answered they had the nerve to be rude to me then told me they cancelled the account but no refund. Told them I would dispute it, told me they would win. A rep named brandy kept speaking over me and would not stop until her script was completed. Told them filing a report they all laughed
