I used PRECIOUS BEDDING back in Sept 01, 2011. On November 28th, 2011 I recived another charge from them from somthing I NEVER ordered. I tried calling faxing and E-Mailing them. Getting no were at all. They told me the will have to look into it and it will take 90 to 120 days for them to compleat there invetagation. Thats my Christmas money. So I called my bank to find out Wells Fargo has a number of complants on this company. Wells Fargo opened a report for me and will be refunding my money. I can NOT beleave that a company PRECIOUS BEDDING would have to take that long to retune my money and they were so rude!!!!!!! I worn every one to never use this company they will rip you off.
