Complaint Review: Precious Bedding

Precious Bedding Sent and charged for order cancelled one month prior; no response to emails or phone; credit card on account I reachable. Had to cancel my credit card to ensure no further misuse precious bedding.com Internet

 I cancelled an order from Precious Bedding on 12/07/2016. One month later on 1/09/2017 I receive notice that cancelled order has been shipped and my account is charged for $149.99. I replied to notification email. No response. I attempted phone contact and received Fax only tone on phone number provided and after several attempts over next few days, gave up. I used an email contact found on website. No response. Package arrived so then had to decide whether or not to return sheet set and take my chances of a refund from a company I no longer trust so kept the unwanted product. After bank notified charge had cleared I tried to cancel account on company's website. Could cancel personal information but could NOT cancel or even find my credit card info so had to cancel my credit card to avoid any further misuse of my account. I felt like I was in the clutches of a phantom company. BEWARE!
