Complaint Review: Precious Bedding

On March 7th of 2007, I placed an order on the Precious Bedding website for 2 twin XL tailored bedskirts. I received an email confirmation that this is what I would receive, and in due course, albeit much later than I had anticipated, I received a box from the company.

Unfortunately, this box contained, not two tailored bedskirts, but two ruffled bedskirts. The box contained nothing other than bedskirtsno packing slip, no invoice, and certainly no return information.

I spent several weeks vainly attempting to contact anyone at Precious Bedding to address this. The website does not provide any information on contacting the company, other than email, which it promises will be responded to within 48 hours. I have sent multiple emails to every address listed, entered information into an online form, attempted to participate in a "live chat area," and sent a certified letter (which was returned as "not at this address") and still have not had a response (it's now November of 2008).

When it became clear that I would not receive a response from the company, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, who were also unable to identify or locate the company.

I recently received a marketing email from Precious Bedding, to which I responded with a reiteration of my complaint. Again, I have had no response.

I strongly advise customers to avoid this company.
